Life, in its beautiful and bewildering complexity, often throws us into turbulent waters. Anxiety, like a relentless storm, can rage within us, threatening to capsize our peace and steal our joy. When anxiety strikes, it's easy to feel lost and alone. The worries of the world clamor for our attention, and the future can seem shrouded in uncertainty.
