How Exercise Can Enhance Christian Learning and Spiritual Growth.

In our modern, sedentary lives, exercise is often framed around improving physical health or appearance. But for Christians, it can serve an even higher purpose: renewing the mind for learning and godliness. Studies reveal that physical activity enhances brain function by improving alertness, motivation, and mental clarity, critical qualities for spiritual growth and discipleship.
